Kimberly Watts
Kimberly relocated to Falmouth in 2002 with her husband Sean, after spending several summers boating and fishing in the beautiful waters of Vineyard Sound.
Mrs. Watts served active duty in the U.S. Air Force. While being stationed in Charleston, S.C. she finished her Bachelor’s of Technology degree in Business Administration from Charleston Southern University along with an Associate’s degree in Metals Technology from U.S.A.F.C.C.
Kim and her husband successfully owned an assembly business, which specialized in control units for heat wrap machinery and currently operate Sean Watts Construction L.L.C. located in Falmouth.
She spends her time volunteering at East Falmouth School and enjoys playing with her three children Emma, Alan, and Waylan. Kim also enjoys gardening, taking care of her animals and enjoying a nice outside fire with her family.
Kim Watts has experienced buying and selling real estate with her husband for over 10 years. They successfully work together at flipping homes in the Falmouth area. She looks forward to meeting new clients and assisting them with all their real estate needs.
