Bonnie will provide excellence in service, attention to detail, and a strong professional commitment to her clients having returned to the wonderful world of Real Estate.  Her long term commitment to our community, love for the environment, Cape Cod architecture, and our wonderful beaches will help her reach her goal of providing the highest level of service to both buyers and sellers. As a resident of Falmouth Heights for forty years, Bonnie fully appreciates all that Cape Cod has to offer. Bonnie joined Real Estate Associates as an associate broker in December 2004 after having been the Zoning Administrator for the Town of Falmouth for 16 years, bringing an extensive background in Land Use, Zoning, Planning, and Affordable Housing.  Her role was that of a communicator, negotiator, and facilitator while in that position—all the same professional qualities necessary to be a successful real estate broker.  Prior to working for the Town of Falmouth Bonnie worked for 12 years as an Associate Broker for Mary Lou Woolkalis Real Estate located on Main Street in Falmouth. Bonnie has maintained the continuing education courses for realtors, has completed a portion of the course work to become an Accredited Buyers Representative, and has attended many seminars on housing and land use.

With her husband, Jerry (retired U.S. Coast Guard and Barnstable Deputy Sheriff), Bonnie has raised four children in Falmouth. Her broad experience as a parent and grandparent provides knowledge of schools, recreation, etc.  Bonnie enjoys her family, walking, playing the piano, her dog, the beach, and playing a little golf.
