Lynette Helms

Lynette became a REALTOR on Cape Cod in 1986 and in 1987 opened Willow Realty Group in Sandwich. In 1992 she obtained a Coldwell Banker franchise, and in 1995 opened a second office in Mashpee Commons. She sold her company to Real Estate Associates in 1999 and assumed a position in management. In September of 2005 she became the DR and CEO of Real Estate Associates.

Over the years, her community outreach has included participation in various PTO’s, Education and School Library Committees for the Town of Barnstable, the Art History program of Heritage Plantation in the Town of Sandwich, the Board of Directors of the Greater Bourne-Sandwich Chamber of Commerce,
and Habitat for Humanity of Cape Cod.

She has served on the Nominating Committee, the MLS Advisory Committee, the By-Laws Committee and the Education Committee of the Cape Cod and Islands Association of Realtors. She was a participant in both “Visioning” sessions. Currently she is serving her third term as a Director of the Association, and is the President Elect. She is serving her third term as a Director of the Massachusetts Association of Realtors and as a Trustee of their Charitable and Education Committee.
