Jan Ford

With over 20 years of real estate experience, Jan has represented with both buyers and sellers in all types of transactions. Her ability to negotiate and bring sales to a successful conclusion with Buyers and Sellers is her specialty. She is a licensed real estate Broker, with designations of Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI, GRII, GRIII), Certified Buyer Representation (CBR) and also holds a Massachusetts Real Estate Instructors license.

Jan has owned an operated three real estate offices on Cape Cod, and now enjoys working at Real Estate Associates as a sales associate in Mashpee Commons. She has lived in Mashpee for over 20 years with her family, where is she is known for her artistic talent as a painter, and is a professional artist member of Cape Cod Art Association.
