We owned a home in West Falmouth, MA for 40 years, and for a number of various reasons, we decided to sell this property. Of course, our first thought was to try to sell the house ourselves. Marilyn had stopped buy a few times prior to us signing the listing agreement and offered, as I mentioned earlier, a number of suggestions. This was at least two weeks before we actually listed with her. When we finally did, she convinced us to raise our price by $20,000 dollars. Fourteen hours later, we had a full price contract! Soon after, we closed the deal; Marilyn was there for us every step of the way. She is quick to respond to your phone calls and emails, and it seems she is available 24/7! All of her efforts make her one of the top real estate agents on the Cape.
