The preceeding data was reported by Inman News November 3, 2011 and should bode well

for both buyers and sellers.  This should get those buyers that were sitting on the fence

waiting for interest rates to drop to make the leap back into the market. The

added buying power that results from the lower rates should benefit sellers when the

negotiations begin.  Only time will tell!
